Labor and Social Security Law

This area covers reinstatement lawsuits, severance and notice pay, the pursuit of overtime and other employment receivables, and disputes relating to the termination of employment contracts. Representation is provided for both employees and employers.

Compensation claims arising from workplace accidents and occupational diseases, as well as objections and litigation against the actions of the Social Security Institution, are also handled within this area.
